Celebrating Mardi Gras at home with friends or planning to go out and join in on the festivities? Your night will not be complete if you did not enjoy this delicious rainbow sprinkles ice cream cocktail by Blue Ribbon. This will definitely kickstart your celebration.
Makes 2
10 minutes prep time. No cook time.
Use a cocktail shaker if available, otherwise stir over ice and then strain.
Ingredients
5 x scoops of Vanilla ice cream
2 x 30mL nips of vodka
2 x 30mL nips of strawberry liqueur
1 x cup of milk
Rainbow sprinkles or 100s and 1000s
Method
1. Place 3 scoops of the Blue Ribbon Crafted Ice Cream in Signature Buttermilk Vanilla into the cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with the vodka, strawberry liqueur and milk. Shake well until mixture is smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into two martini glasses before adding one more scoop of ice cream each.
4. Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles generously and enjoy!
