Ricki-Lee Coulter, since dropping a few dress sizes looks set to lose more then her weight and Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks’ new song ‘Celebrate’ has been released online.
Despite Ricki-Lee Coulter having shed her famous curves, it hasn’t all been for the better as now she’s rumoured to be losing her contract with the Australian shapewear label Hold Me Tight. The pop singer has been modelling for the underwear brand since 2008, but her recent weight drop from a size 14 to a size 8 apparently doesn’t make her a poster girl for “embracing curves”.
A source tells News.com, “[Ricki-Lee] looks incredible and this has nothing to do with that — she just no longer appeals to the customer they [Hold Me Tight] target.” “One of the poster slogans says, ‘These curves are a work of art’. Anyone who has seen [Ricki-Lee] lately knows that just isn’t so any more.”
Ricki-Lee has publicly lost over 30kg in the past year thanks to a low-carb diet and the help of her personal trainer boyfriend, Rich Harrison.
Do you think it’s fair for Rikki-Lee to lose her contract?
Whitney Houston’s final recorded song, a duet with Jordin Sparks called ‘Celebrate’, has been released online.
The song, written by R. Kelly, was recorded for their remake of the 1976 film Sparkle, coming to cinemas in August. The musical was planned to be Whitney’s big movie comeback after her last on-screen appearance in The Preacher’s Wife in 1996.
The song very reminiscent Whitney’s 1980s upbeat numbers full of joy and happiness like ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody’. At the Billboard Music Awards, ‘Battlefield’ singer Jordin performed a tribute to Whitney, singing ‘I Will Always Love You’, taken from her most famous film, The Bodyguard, with Whitney’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina listening on.
