Rescu. are getting amped for Rihanna’s Australian tour while the singer celebrates her 23rd birthday on the other side of the world. In another corner of the world, The Royal Wedding is fast approaching so we’ve caught up with all the latest from Prince William and Kate Middleton and check out the local celeb news with a look at how Nicole Kidman opened up about her fertility troubles.
Rihanna’s 23 Birthday Celebrations with Jay-z and LeBron
It’s less than two weeks before Rihanna kicks off her Australian tour and we couldn’t be more excited. The fiery star celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday and celebrated a little early with Jay-Z and LeBron for a Two Kings charity event held at Century City’s Craft restaurant. The after party was a star-studded event with the likes of Ryan Phillippe, Ciara, Drake, Beyonce Knowles and more looking on while Rihanna downed a celebratory birthday shot.
Just days before the celebrations, the birthday girl attended her first personal appearance for her fragrance launch at Macy’s in Lakewood, California. She wore an adorable ensemble from Prada and showed off her beautifully packaged fragrance Reb’l Fleur.
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Wedding Invitations
The April 29 wedding is nearing so it’s no surprise the wedding invitations have been sent out. We’re sure there were many friends nervously checking the mail after it was announced on Friday that they had been mailed out!
As expected, the invitations are simple and elegant, just as the wedding is expected to be. The Lord Chamberlain is in charge of tracking the invites and RSVP’s to the Royal Wedding to be held at Westminster Abbey at 11am. The day has also been declared a public holiday for the UK!
In other Royal Wedding news, the bridal party has been announced. Prince Harry is set to be the Best Man and Kate’s sister Pippa will be Maid of Honour.

Nicole Kidman Speaks Openly about Her Fertility Woes
Last night mother of four Nicole Kidman spoke to 60 Minutes about her fertility troubles, describing the journey as “a roller coaster ride.” She said, “Anyone that’s been in the place of wanting a child knows the disappointment, the pain and the loss that you go through trying and struggling with fertility.” The Rabbit Hole star said she was “desperately wanting another child” when her and husband Keith Urban decided to use a surrogate.
On the red carpet at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards, the 43 year-old told interviews that keeping quiet on the news of the impending arrival of surrogate child Faith was one of the hardest things she has ever done.
