Royal Baby Name Revealed
After months of speculation and much bet placing, the royal baby’s name has finally been revealed!
A statement from Kensington Palace said that, “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son George Alexander Louis. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.” Six King Georges have worn the crown throughout history, the last being the Queen’s father George VI who reigned from 1936 until his death in 1955.
The middle name, Alexander, is another one seeped in tradition – three medieval Scottish kings had the same name.
In other royal baby news, great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II was introduced to her great-grandson on Wednesday ahead of starting her annual summer holiday in Scotland later this week. Now, Kate and Wills have headed to see Michael and Carole Middleton in Bucklebury where they will stay for six weeks for some private, quiet time with their son.

Michelle Bridges and The Commando Split
It’s only been just two months since Michelle Bridges officially made her romance with Steve ‘The Commando’ Willis public through an exclusive interview with Who, and already the pair have announced it’s splitsville!
The fit twosome broadcast the message through Willis’ representative Lisa Sullivan of One Management. She said, “Steve and Michelle are no longer dating but remain close friends. After a difficult few months Steve and his partner are working towards a reconciliation.”
Sounds like The Commando is set to move back in to the Sydney Southwear family home he shared with his partner of seven years, Froso, and their children, aged five and two.
Meanwhile, Michelle Bridges is in New York City for a series of meetings and we’re sure that if there’s anywhere the gorgeous trainer can mend a broken heart, it’s the concrete jungle where dreams are made!
Kiehl’s Collaborates with Deborra Lee Furness’ Charity
Last night the beauty bunch gathered at Kiehl’s new boutique in Sydney’s QVB to celebrate a new community partnership between the cult New York-based skin and hair care brand and charity Adoption Awareness.
Adoption Awareness was founded by Hugh Jackman’s wife Deborra Lee Furness who said of the partnership, “As the foundation of family is so intrinsic to our efforts at Adoption Awareness, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with Kiehl’s – which is a family founded business and a socially conscious organization wanting to serve their community.”
Meanwhile, husband Hugh Jackman, who was recently declared one of the highest paid actors in the world, has opened up about how he and Deborra-Lee Furness keep things interesting…
The star joked to UK tabloid The Sun that he enjoys wearing the Wolverine costume to bed and joked, “The sheets we go through…”!
The interview was part of his international press tour for the new movie, which hits Aussie cinemas today. Read our review of The Wolverine.
