Feminine, well-polished and glamourous all came to mind when the models strutted out at Charlie Brown’s RSFF show. Kate Squires told us about the inspiration behind the beauty and how you can achieve the look that wowed the Rescu. girls.
The word from Charlie’s mouth was that the girl had to be glamourous. She had to be a high maintenance 40s movie star. Every last little lash was perfectly in place and crisp. The look was completed with a beautiful tangerine lip – not red, not orange but in between. We had a little liner across the top lash line and then a soft hint of pink on the cheeks.
How to recreate this look:
We did a soft contour on the eyes through the socket with Colour Disc #67 in Soft Beige, then applied Lash Patrol false lashes in #68. Our Neo Noir liquid liner was used to get that beautiful crisp eye line.
For the lips, we used Devine Goddess lipstick in Hara. We put on one coat and then layered over the top with Devine Goddess lipstick in Anna to take the edge of the orange off. Anna has a little dewiness to the texture so that came through on the final lip.
