By Kate Squires, National Creative Team Leader for Napoleon Perdis
Devine Goddess lipstick in Eros was one of the products used to create this flirty look. Kate Squires, Napoleon Perdis’ National Creative Team Leader, gives expert tips on how to get this look…
Kate says, “We wanted to keep the rest of the face simple and soft and then have a focus on the lip.”
“Obviously most of the attention is on the lip, but we also gave the cheeks a little flush to keep the look fresh, young and little bit more girly than if it was just the lip. It injects a bit more fun into the look, so it’s not just about strong contours with make up. Although this is a strong trend coming through, it can be a little bit too much so the cheeks make it a little softer.”
Kate’s tips for achieving the lips:
For the lips, we applied Devine Goddess lipstick in Eros and then the glitter we used over the top is a Loose Dust glitter in one of our new colours that hasn’t been released yet. We coated the lip with the Eros and then just packed the glitter on over the top so it was completely opaque glitter look.
