Find out what went down at the official Screen Actors Guild after party, check out how the stars celebrated Australia Day and is Tina Fey making a Mean Girls musical?

After all the SAG award ceremony was done and dusted, the stars headed to the various after parties around LA to let their hair down and celebrate (or drown their sorrows in some cases).
Despite battling pneumonia, big winner of the night Jennifer Lawrence was one of the first to arrive at The Weinstein Company’s VIP party at the Sunset Tower Hotel where she rubbed shoulders with Silver Linings Playbook co-stars Robert De Niro, Jacki Weaver, and Bradley Cooper and fellow actress Naomi Watts.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Affleck were celebrating another win for Argo at the Chateau Marmont while the cast of Les Miserables celebrated Anne Hathaway’s win.
And it just wouldn’t be an awards night without a serious wardrobe malfunction or two. After mutterings that Jennifer Lawrence had ripped her dress were dispelled as just rumours, Amanda Seyfried caused a stir when she wore a lacy black dress with a sheer back that exposed her g-string as she got in her car. Oops!
Rumours about a Mean Girls musical have been swirling for some time now and finally SAG Award winner Tina Fey has acknowledged them. She told America’s E! News, “I’m trying to develop it actually with my husband who does all the music for 30 Rock. I think Paramount’s on board.”
Executives at Paramount are yet to confirm their involvement in the production and this can hardly be called a confirmation but we have our hopes held high.
While train-wreck Lindsay Lohan would hardly be a front-runner for the production, Amanda Seyfried, who has performed in musicals like Mamma Mia and Les Miserables, would be perfect for the show.
You go Glen Coco!
