Over 350 of Australia’s leading sports, media, celebrity and business personalities attended this year’s Investec Loyal ‘Sail with the Stars’ Gala Charity Dinner held in the Grand Ballroom of the Westin Hotel, Sydney.
The star-studded affair saw the likes of Anthony Bell, Kelly Landry, Michael Clarke, Geoff and Sara Huegill, Anthony Minichiello, Terry Biviano, Karl Stefanovic, Lisa Wilkinson and many more come together to support some of Australia’s most cherished charities.

Australian Cricket Captain Michael Clarke took his role as guest speaker of the night well in his stride as he shared some lighthearted personal stories causing the entire room to laugh and join in on the fun.
More good times were to be had when legendary Australian singer Daryl Braithwaite took to the stage to perform for a crowded dance floor!

With the night’s main beneficiary being the Humpty Dumpty Foundation, the support shown by all tables throughout the night, including Channel Nine & Seven, have excitingly helped raise enough money for the vital purchase of children’s medical equipment for over 200 children’s hospitals and health services across Australia plus even two abroad in East Timor!
All in all, the night was a staggering success with over $500,000 raised adding to the over $1 million raised throughout the year for the charities involved.
