Coming home from a hard days work to a house full of mouth-watering aromas and a dinner prepared by… the kids? That’s one fantasy that sounds way too good to be true. Luckily, Mrs Walsh’s Cooking School for Kids makes having a house full of master-chefs a possible reality.
This school holidays, Mrs Walsh will be running a series of workshops, each with a different theme. From Italian Tuesday to Aussie Seafood Thursday and Asian Fusion Friday, the school equips kids with practical kitchen schools and a taste for all cuisines. For the fussier eaters the old favourites are still on the menu (they’ll perfect a pizza and make munchable muffins), but there’ll be the opportunity to try new things and come home with a wider appreciation for the flavours of the world.
