It’s been a year since Kanye West infamously interrupted Taylor Swift’s best female video award acceptance speech at the VMA’s and he is still dishing out apologies; this time via his twitter.
During one of his signature tweet-fests on Saturday, Kanye announced that he had “bled hard” and wants to make amends with Taylor for good.
Declaring that the press tried to “demonize” him after the incident and that he felt the impact of his brash actions for the first time, Kanye assured the twitterverse that he now has a “new found humility”. He then announced that he “wrote a song for Taylor Swift that’s so beautiful” and that he wants her to have it or, alternatively, he’ll perform it to her himself.
He ended his tweet-fest simply, with a final post saying, “I’m sorry Taylor”.
