You may never want to go out for a daiquiri again once you try Steve Quirk’s strawberry daiquiri at home. It’s easy, quick and perfect for the ultimate weekend in.
Ingredients
30 ml (1 fl oz) Bacardi
15 ml (½ fl oz) Cointreau
15 ml (½ fl oz) strawberry liqueur
30 ml (1 fl oz) fresh lemon juice
4 fresh strawberries (diced)

Method
Pour Bacardi, Cointreau, liqueur and juice into a blender over small amount of crushed ice then add diced strawberries.
Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a strawberry and serve.
