Ingredients
40mls Gin
20mls Aperol
10mls Strawberry + Lemon Curd Reduction
Dash of aged balsamic
Dash of Lime Juice
Dash of Agave
Method
1. Muddle ingredients, then shake and strain into a highball glass with ice
2. Top with candied strawberry
