Spring / Summer Makeup Trends with Liz Kelsh (Saturday 11 August 12pm-1pm)
Liz Kelsh is one of Australia’s most established makeup artists whose work has been featured in publications such as Harpers Bazaar, on the catwalks of designers including Easton Pearson, Ksubi, Zimmermann and Yeojin Bae, and who counts Jennifer Aniston, Cate Blanchett, Vanessa Hudgens and Kim Cattrall among her clients just to name a few. Liz shares her insider tips on the latest Spring/Summer makeup trends in this demonstration full of useful tips to take back to your salon.
Fashion Week Translated with Nigel Stanislaus (Saturday 11 August 2.20pm – 3.10pm)
Fresh from directing 9 shows at the prestigious Sydney Fashion Week, Nigel Stanislaus will be centre stage to share his experience. He will disclose what it really is like to head up a team of up to 30 strong makeup artists and demonstrate live one of his favorite looks from the week with famed Australian designer Alice McCall.
Flawless Looks with Megan Armfield of BECCA (Sunday 12 August 1.30pm – 2.30pm)
BECCA Cosmetics Senior make-up artist Megan Armfield will bring top makeup looks to life as she draws on inspirations from trends around the globe and shares with you her techniques. Megan has worked in the fields of fashion, runway, film and bridal, with attention to detail and creativity featuring strongly in her work. Her passion has always been to educate women on bringing out their best features. It’s all about achievable and believable make-up for every day women.

Bringing the future of spa design to Sydney, the new installation, Spa Vision will ignite a truly inspirational light in Hall 1, with a display of spa themed interior designs. Each of them will focus on a particular ‘feature piece’ translated into an artistic interior decoration. Spa Vision represents the notion that the future of the industry is about creating a unique experience for the client, through interior design and themes as well as through transcending treatments.
FACE 2 FACE MAKEUP AWARDS ZONE
Makeup artists have a new destination for non-stop inspiration, with the introduction of the Face 2 Face makeup awards zone. This area will feature live competitions taking place throughout the weekend plus a Makeup Gallery showcasing the work of entrants into the new Beauty Editorial category.
NAIL AWARDS ZONE
A highlight in the program, the Nail Awards rewards the highest standard of talent in nail artistry and has been running for over a decade at the expo. This year features new, exciting, edgy fashion-forward themes and amazing prizes with each category being judged by a prestigious panel of experts.

The ‘Express’ pamper zone makes its debut at the expo where you can relax and be styled by expert makeup and nail teams.
