This upcoming Friday, the 28th June, Sharon Melhem, founder and director of Kouture Productions, is launching The Annual Shine & Dine event in support of Make-A-Wish Australia. The black tie charity dinner will be a major, annual fundraiser for the Eastern Sydney Branch. The event will be held at Sydney’s Doltone House (Jones Bay Wharf) and will be hosted by media personality, Melissa Hoyer. Exclusive performances by Shine & Dine Ambassadors Brittany Cairns (The Voice, Season1) and Massimo Mele (Head Chef of the Hugos Group) also be partaking in this life-changing event, along with catering by Doltone House’s Group Executive Chef, James Kidman.
The proceeds raised by The Annual Shine & Dine are of critical importance to assisting Make-A-Wish Australia to continue to grant wishes to children with life threatening illnesses all over Australia. All proceeds from the event will be donated, aiming to improve the rate at which wishes are granted.
The event will commence with a 3-course dinner accompanied by selected alcohol, followed by decadent candy bar, followed by live performances, the prize draw and the auctions.
There are also some exciting prizes to be won, including a diamond ring, a ride in the Sydney Traffic Chopper with Vic Lorusso and a BMW for the weekend and great holidays among others.
The event is set to be a huge affair, with 300+ guests expected to attend.

- Purchase a wishing key for $100 (available for purchase on the night). If your key unlocks the box, you could be the lucky winner of a 3.20ct diamond ring donated by Hour of K’dor.
Your help in making a wish come true will be acknowledged by having your name on a star that will later be incorporated into an artwork presented to the children and Make-A-Wish after the event.
