The Dukan Diet is back! Well, sort of.

Pierre Dukan, the man behind the phenomenally successful Dukan Diet book series has released a brand new book, The Dukan Diet 100 Eat as Much as You Want Foods.

 

 

People love the Dukan Diet because it’s nowhere near as restrictive as other diet and lifestyle plans. Yet it’s become the supposed answer to the question of ‘why don’t French women get fat?’

 

The four stage plan has been launched in 20 countries and 10 languages with millions of book sales. The Dukan Diet eliminates fats and oils as well as limiting carbohydrates, yet there is plenty of food available to you that you wouldn’t expect. This includes smoked salmon, eggs, steak, crab and even the naughty stuff like chocolate pudding, lemon cheesecake and cinnamon tart (in moderation of course).

Building on the Dukan Diet Cookbook, Dukan goes into greater detail about the exact foods that you can still have on the Dukan Diet, exactly when you can have them, and why. Each ingredient listed in this book also comes with a brand new recipe.

The Dukan Diet 100 Eat as Much as You Want Foods will be a useful companion for those of you who have been on the Dukan Diet and would like some extra clarity on the ingredients still available to them.

About the author: Dr. Pierre Dukan is a French medical doctor with thirty-five years of experience in clinical nutrition.  While he began his medical career specializing in neurology, Dr. Dukan discovered and refined his successful weight loss method while working with over 40,000 of his patients in his General Practice.  Since then he has spent his career helping people lose weight and keep it off forever.
