A couple of our favourite home grown celebs have been in the headlines recently and we find out why some big names will give up social networking this December.
Lara Bingle to join Dancing With The Stars?
The rumour mill has been buzzing with suggestions of which Aussie stars will appear in the next season of Dancing With The Stars and Lara Bingle’s name has been thrown around along with the likes of Kate Ritchie and Terri Irwin.
It’s not just dancing that Bingle has made headlines for this past week, after reports of a fling with Jason Derulo, the bikini model’s best friend Hermoine Underwood uploaded a video of herself and Miss Bingle singing along to the R&B singers hit song Ridin’ Solo which Jason Derulo later posted on his twitter!
The Digital Life Sacrifice Event
Twitter and Facebook are set to get a lot quieter with some of the most followed stars including Kim and Khloe
Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake logging out in the name of a good cause from Wednesday December 1st.
The celebs in question will not log back in until $1 million has been raised for Alicia Keys’ charity Keep a Child Alive. The campaign also intends to raise awareness for World AIDS Day. Videos of the star’s “last tweet and testament” will appear online to help promote the cause.
Ryan Kwanten’s Birthday Bash
True Blood hottie and once Home and Away star Ryan Kwanten celebrated his 34th Birthday over the weekend with a party held in a Chicago night club. The home grown success story is due to come back to Australia to attend the annual GQ Men of the Year Awards tomorrow night. Kwanten is also in town to promote his new film Red Hill.
