We all like a touch of luxury, whether it’s in our daily lives or just a once off, you cannot deny it feels good. Even if just for a second!
Beauty products come in all shapes and sizes (oh and did I mention price brackets?). But there is nothing better than pulling out a lipstick for your touch up, or that luxe compact to de-shine your nose. There is certain sex appeal to it and it feels good, right?
Well if luxury is your thing, I have some super luxe makeup products that will make you feel chic with every application, giving high quality results, making you want to re-use them again and again. Everyone deserves that little touch of luxe in their lives and it may as well be with beauty!
Guerlain Meteorites Perles Makeup Base 30ml
What is more luxe than Pearls? Ok, maybe diamonds, but Pearls are total elegance. As Guerlain is known for French elegance, it seems only fit that they would have a light diffusing, perfecting primer, mimicking pearls.
The opalescent pearls you can see encased in the packaging are mixed with a cool gel and once pumped onto skin, transform into an illuminating base for the skin, targeting dull skin for a fresh and bright base, before foundation. Your skin is left luminous, and it evens out skin tone.

La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation SPF 15
Notice the word Caviar? I sure did.
Swiss brand La Prairie is all about luxury and the Skin Caviar Luxe cream original launched back in 1998, setting the bar high for luxury in Beauty.
Using Caviar extracts to firm and highly nourish the skin, the Concealer Foundation in one has been a big hit. But, from September a new chapter is born with a sheer version of Skin Caviar cream being launched and the new look foundation to match.
This new formula has long lasting hydration, feels light and fresh and is available in 12 shades, as well as a concealer built into the packging – just look at that holder and brush, luxe!

Tom Ford Skin Illuminating Palette
Being a big fan of Tom Ford cosmetics myself, I always love when something is new from the brand. From the packaging to the luxurious textures, everything leaves you wanting more.
The success of the face sculpting ‘Shade and Illuminate’ palette has come to this illuminating duo – a highlight and a shade tone, that both highlight. Adding light to the face is growing strongly as we phase away from using too much contour and looking muddy, we can now add light to brighten, look fresh and add pops of light to our face. With a duo, you get the shade success every time, either using alone, or mixing the two shades together for a blended result.

Dior 5 Couleurs New Look Collection 5-Colour Eyeshadow
One of the first luxe brands to famously have a 5 palette eyeshadow: 4 eyeshadows and a central highlight shade.
With 6 palette shades to choose from, there is a combination for everyone, my fave being pictured (746 Ambre Nuit), you can’t beat a bronze toned smokey eye.
My suggestion is to use the lower shades as a base and/or liner and the top shades as pop colours on the mobile eyelid. But really, the possibilities are endless. Great long lasting texture with rich colour pigment.

Yves Saint Laurent Eyeliner Moire No.10
YSL are known for their bold eye looks. Rich pigments, bright colours that can be playful, daring and sexy.
I love this liquid style eyeliner for its precision tip brush for easy application and this bronze shade can go from day to night, defining lashes without taking over, especially when wearing bold eye makeup looks, or colour.
This oil-in-water emulsion ensures a silky and long lasting line effect and these shades have a shimmer effect for a magnetic result.
RRP $60
Givenchy Phenomen’Eyes Mascara
This little baby looks small but does wonders.
All those hard to reach lashes, from the inner, outer and any strays are easily accessed by this iconic and very easy to use spherical brush; you really can get right in there with this brush.
I find more product transfers onto the lashes and as you work in sections, you can grab even the most stray or tiny lash hairs, for a curl, length and volume in one application.
*Only Available at Sephora
Chanel Rouge Rouge Coco – Ultra Hydrating Lip Colour
The iconic, reinvented amazing Chanel lip colours and textures are the ultimate lip touch up handbag accessory.
To complete your luxe look, try a red shade as it can take you from drab to fab in seconds, with a full-layered application for a bold look or use fingertip application for a lighter stain effect.
A new formula gives 8-hour hydration and creamy comfort, yet delivering rich colour payoff for a long lasting result.
