1. The 17 Day Diet, by Dr Mike Moreno

As seen on Dr Phil and Australia’s A Current Affair TV show, this book marks the start of a new dieting revolution. It’s a word-of-mouth bestseller.
Designed to promote long-term weight loss, Dr Mike’s program is structured around four 17-day cycles. Each cycle changes your calorie count and the food that you’re eating.
