Ingredients
- HAKU 60ml
- Sake 20ml
- Crushed pickles
- Edamame garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients and stir
- Garnish with three edamame beans on a cocktail stick
- Serve straight up in a martini glass
2.HAKU Umami Mary
Ingredients
- HAKU 30ml
- Tomato juice 120ml
- Lemon juice 5ml
- Salt
- Wasabi
- Chilli
- Tabasco
- Pepper
- Shiso leaf
Method
- Stir all ingredients and serve over cubed ice in a highball glass
- Garnish with shiso leaf, black pepper, salt rim and lemon wedge
