Ingredients
Base Layer
1 + 1/2 cups of Cashews
2 tablespoons of Cacao
2 tablespoons of Coconut oil
8 x pitted Dates
1 scoop of Nitrovol Lean Muscle Protein, Body Science in chocolate peanut butter flavour
Top Layer
2 whole frozen bananas
4 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of Almonds
Sprinkle
Cacao powder
Method
1. Line a slice tray with baking paper
2. Put the cashews, cacao, dates and coconut oil in a blender until rough in texture and press into a lined tray
3. Put the base layer in the fridge while making the top layer
4. Wash blender
5. Use the blender/ use a blend stick to mix banana, peanut butter and almonds until smooth in texture.
6. Remove tray from the fridge
7. Spread the peanut layer across the top of the base. (Put larger dollop’s evenly across base and then the smoothing process is not as tricky.)
8. Sprinkle some cacao powder evenly over the entire top of slice.
9. Place the slice in the fridge for 30 minutes and then serve.
