On April 29th, London’s Guildhall played host to the creme-de-la-creme of the culinary world as The World’s Best Restaurants 2013 were announced.
The number one place was taken out by El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. The three Roca brothers have moved up a spot from second to first and in doing so have earned themselves a place in culinary history. But some of the top 50 were a little closer to home. Sydney’s Quay earned a spot at number 48, and Melbourne’s Attica wowed the critics and landed a position at 21.
