We’re heading into the cooler days, but that does not mean you can’t create the taste of summer with Steve Quirk’s apricot margarita. It’s an easy cocktail to finish the perfect ladies night at home.
Ingredients
30 ml (1 fl oz) gold tequila
30 ml (1 fl oz) apricot brandy
45 ml (1½ fl oz) fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
slice of fresh apricot
Method
Pour tequila, apricot brandy, juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker over ice then shake well.
Strain into a chilled margarita glass and garnish with a slice of apricot then serve.
